JINPAT's New Product: Type-C Interface USB3.0 Signal Slip Ring

With the high integration of computer technology and manufacturing equipment, computer signals such as Ethernet, USB, DP, HDMI have also begun to appear more and more in some industrial and non-industrial electromechanical equipment. When the 360°rotating joint of these devices needs to transmit signals, it is necessary to customize a special slip ring for them to integrate these computer signals.

Compared with the USB 2.0 signal, the USB3.0 signal application is gradually increasing, because the USB3.0 single-channel data transmission capability is super strong, and the single-channel signal transmission rate far exceeds the sum of the eight USB 2.0 signals.

At the request of customers, JINPAT Electronics has recently developed a number of USB3.0 signal slip rings,one of which is based on the LPM-30B miniature slip ring.The diameter of this product is 16mm, which can be used alone or integrated into the through-hore slip ring with a separate USB3.0 signal module. At present, all of JINPAT's USB3.0 signal integrated slip rings adopt this combined structure.
