JINPAT slip rings help the aerospace power move forward!

Since its launch in 2004, China's lunar exploration program has made continuous significant progress; on June 25 this year, the Chang'e-6 returner successfully carried lunar far side samples and landed safely in Banner, Inner Mongolia, marking another complete success of the Chang'e-6 mission.

At present, the aerospace industry is in the field of high-tech barriers, and the threat of substitutes and potential entrants in the industry is relatively low; the existing competitors are mainly central state-owned enterprises, and the market concentration is relatively high. Upstream suppliers are generally high-end material manufacturers, such as alloys and composite materials. With the continuous improvement of China's manufacturing level in related fields, the domestic aerospace material supply capacity has been continuously enhanced, laying a solid foundation for the development of the aerospace industry. Among the many downstream industries of aviation equipment manufacturing, the conductive slip ring industry is also an important link.

As a domestic manufacturer specializing in the development of aerospace equipment conductive slip rings, JINPAT Electronics has nearly 100 self-developed conductive slip rings specifically for aviation equipment, including both standard products derived from the aviation industry and highly customized models for the industry. The most widely used standard conductive slip rings in aviation equipment are mainly LPS Separate Slip Rings, which are mostly installed in mechanical instruments of various aircraft, such as horizons, heading gyroscopes, etc. With the gradual popularization of glass cockpits and precision electronic instruments, it is inevitable that these conductive slip rings will be withdrawn from the field of aviation instruments in the future.

Compared with the standard Separate conductive slip rings, JINPAT LPS customized products are also developed for aviation equipment. The most representative product model is LPS095-0203-30S. This product is developed for aviation communication systems. It is a typical weak current slip ring with a power ring operating voltage of only 28VAC and a signal ring minimum operating voltage of only 1VAC.

Many civil aviation aircraft also have built-in entertainment systems. For example, most of the multimedia entertainment systems on the back of the airline seats are designed with a retractable remote control cable reel. JINPAT LPMS-06B-U2 is a special conductive slip ring developed for its cable reel. In some high-end civil business jets, multi-dimensional VR devices are also integrated. JINPAT Electronics has also developed many HDMI high-definition video signal integrated conductive slip ring products for these multi-dimensional VR devices.
