Structural design features of JINPAT slip ring
In the field of mechanical design, engineers like to pursue a simpler structure to achieve higher stability, and the slip ring industry also follows this principle. JINPAT, as a pioneer in the domestic slip ring manufacturing industry, has a very rich experience in the development of slip rings in the field of slip ring manufacturing, and the development and improvement of many models of products, in addition to material selection, is centered on the simplicity of structural design.
There are many new slip rings being tested on the bench at the JINPAT Test Center, and almost a third of them are structural verification.
Taking JINPAT cap standard slip ring as an example, there are more than 200 models of this series of products, which are also the earliest products operated by JINPAT in the industry history of more than 20 years, and these products have gone through many iterations in the development process of JINPAT more than 20 years. In each iteration, in addition to the selection of friction materials and manufacturing process innovation, the most important thing is the improvement and optimization of the structure. For the small and medium-sized slip ring, the excellent product structure can greatly improve the reliability of the product after selecting the right material.
In addition, JINPAT's hollow shaft slip ring standard products are also at the forefront of the industry in terms of electrical and mechanical properties, because JINPAT standard hollow shaft series products have gone through several iterations of structural technology. From the feedback of customers, the same electrical parameters of the hollow shaft slip ring, JINPAT's products are only two-thirds of the weight of other manufacturers in the industry, which is very important for those who need to strictly control the weight, or mobile platforms with high mobility requirements.
JINPAT's structural design engineers have also been optimizing it to reduce the overall number of parts in the high-current slip ring, thus achieving the goal of increasing reliability. Regardless of which type of slip ring is targeted, JINPAT engineers will never stop exploring the road of simpler and more reliable structural design.
