Conductive slip ring is a kind of parts to solve the problem of wire winding caused by infinite rotation between parts of electromechanical equipment. It can release the functional limitations of some parts of consumer electronics due to rotation limit, so as to expand its product characteristics or make it finish some actions that cannot be completed before limit.
A typical product case is the handhold PTZ. When the conductive slip ring is not installed, the PTZ can only rotate around the handle power module within a certain range. After the conductive slip ring is installed, the PTZ module can lift the rotation restriction and make it rotate wirelessly around the handle. Through this infinite rotation function, more vivid shooting styles can be unlocked.
The rotary conductive solutions provided by JINPAT for handhold PTZ are basically one of the standard conductive slip rings of JINPAT LPMS ultra micro series. The biggest feature of this series of conductive slip rings is its small volume. When the product diameter is controlled at 6.5mm, the number of circuits can be 12 or more, and its representative model is LPMS-12U. If it is an 8-circuit product, its diameter can be further reduced to 4.5mm, such as JINPA LPMS-08S.

After adding conductive slip rings, some parts of the toy can realize the function of wireless rotation, which greatly improves its enjoyment. The conductive slip rings used in medium and high-end toy robots are also mainly ultra micro series conductive slip rings, while LPM micro or LPC medium cap series slip rings are mainly on larger commercial robots. These two types of conductive slip rings can support 2A current at most, and some models also support mixed transmission of signal and current. In some special application cases of conductive slip rings for consumer electronics, they can also realize the transmission of different kinds of signals by implementing different twisted pair methods on wires.
