Among the nearly 20 million micro and ultra micro conductive slip rings, many models are customized one. These customized products are improved from standard products and manufactured by new mold. Now let's briefly introduce the customized integrated multi-functional slip rings, which are improved by JINPAT Electronics based on the standard products of these two series of conductive slip rings. Due to a series of factors brought about by small volume, these customized slip rings can only be used in the weak current system of small and medium-sized electromechanical equipment like the standard products.
Taking the integrated conductive slip ring LPM-18C-0401-01E3 recently developed by JINPAT Electronics as an example, it adopts the mold of micro slip ring standard product LPM-18C, with a total length of 23.5mm and a diameter of 12.8mm. The conductive slip ring integrates four 1A current paths and one Gigabit Ethernet path. It is a very reasonable choice to use a standard product with 18 paths, because the Gigabit Ethernet signal path is a twisted pair of eight wires, and some shielding rings need to be set inside the slip ring to ensure no interference between signal and current.
LPM18C with a diameter of 12.8mm is the smallest product in JINPAT micro series conductive slip ring. However, the diameter of JINPAT Electronics LPMS08S is only 4.5mm. It is the smallest conductive slip ring developed by JINPAT Electronics. It owns 8 1A current paths. Through minor modification, it can also realize multi-functional integration while retaining some current paths. For example, USB2.0 or 100M Ethernet signals can be integrated.
At present, the integrated conductive slip rings developed by JINPAT Electronics are based on ultra micro products, mainly LPMS-08C and LPMS-12U with a diameter of 6.5mm. The representatives of the latest customized products are LPMS-08C-0401-E2 and LPMS-12U-0701-U2-U1. The former is a product integrating 100M Ethernet signal, and the latter integrates not only one common USB2.0 signal path, but also one rare USB1.0 signal path.
