The Contract

The entering, browsing, downloading, copying or otherwise using ("Use" or "Using") of this Site and/or any information or material from this Site is upon and subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below ("the Terms"). Therefore, please read these Terms and in particular the Privacy and Cookie Statement; carefully before using this Site.

By accessing, entering and Using this Site, you, the User shall be deemed to have read and  understood these Terms and the Use shall constitute your accepted hereof. If you are not willing to abide by these Terms you must cease Using the Site immediately.

Kindly note that these Terms may be changed from time to time, in our discretion, and Users of the Site are advised to regularly read the published terms and conditions for possible changes. The Site and the content thereof is owned and operated by JINPAT, a company established under the laws of China with principle place of business at No153, DaLang Street, LongHua, ShenZhen, 518109, China.

The Site has a general part but furthermore also contains several sub-sites dedicated to the various business units and/or affiliates and subsidiaries of JINPAT. These sub-sites are operated by the JINPAT entity responsible for such business. Any reference in these Terms, the Site or the sub-sites to "JINPAT", "Group", "company", "we", or "us"; shall, as appropriate, mean JINPAT and/or it’s affiliates and subsidiaries, including its Directors and officers.

Contents of Site

The Site and any data, material, recommendations, services or otherwise or other material posted thereon or linked thereto ("Information"), are provided by JINPAT free of charge and in good faith  but on an "AS IS" basis and for information only, and is not intended to address a particular requirement.

Allowed Use and un-permitted misuse

Users may only access and Use the Site for legitimate personal and/or commercial and/or other lawful purposes and may NOT Use or misuse the Site or any Information, services or products for harmful and/or illegal and/or unlawful purposes such as:

While JINPAT will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Information is accurate and up-to-date; it is the sole responsibility of the Users to evaluate, interpreted and where necessary to make further enquiries and independently verify the Information prior to the use or reliance thereon.
